These are answers to our most frequently asked questions regarding

Shipping Charges are based upon UPS guidelines. If
the charges you pay upfront are more than a dollar above what we
charge you for, your credit card will be credited for the
difference and we'll notify you of this once the product ships.

What is your shipping schedule?
Our normal shipping schedule with UPS
is Monday-Friday. However, if you choose UPS 2-day or overnight,
shipments are only sent Monday – Thursday. Orders received after
3:00p EST will be shipped the next day except Friday - those
orders will be shipped Monday.

If you need to order something on a Friday and need it
delivered overnight you will need to first call to see if the
item is in stock, and then you will have to pay for overnight
shipping with Saturday delivery. You cannot place an order with
that shipping requirement through the web site. You will have to
call (706) 583-2993 to place the order.

What method of shipping do you provide?
We ship all orders via UPS. Customers
may chose the level of UPS shipping they desire whether it be
UPS Ground or 3-Day Select, etc.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
No, unfortunately, UPS will not deliver
to APO/FPO addresses.

What is your policy on returns/exchanges?
We only offer refunds/exchanges on
items that were damaged during shipping. In these cases, Love
Games is not responsible for any shipping costs. Credit cards
will not be refunded until we receive the damaged item. Please
email us
and tell us which items you would like to return, the reason,
and your name and address.

Are all your games just for couples?
Most of our games are for adults in
mature, committed relationships. However, we do offer some games
like RUDE DUDES and NAUGHTY GAMES that are designed as party
games and may be played by more than two adults.

Is there an unpleasant
aftertaste to your edible products?
No, all of our products are designed
with pleasure in mind. There are no bitter or unpleasant
aftertastes to any of the EDIBLE products. Please keep in mind
that while some of our products may smell good enough to eat,
only those labeled as "edible" are so.

Are your products "condom
friendly"?
It varies by product, so please read
all of our labels carefully. We do state on our labels if the
product is not "condom compatible".
- Are your products tested
on animals?
No.

I have sensitive skin...how
will I know if your products will irritate it or not?
While all of our products are made
using the finest oils and ingredients, each person's sensitivity
will vary. Please read our labels carefully, as all of the
ingredients are labeled clearly on each product as well as on
the website descriptions of the product. Also feel free to call
or e-mail us with any question that you might have about a
product before ordering. As with any product that you are using
for the first time, we recommend that you perform a patch test
on a small area.

All Orders to Military Bases MUST go US Postal Service.
We cannot track these nor overnight these. It can take up to 8-10 weeks for delivery. Please be patient. We have no control over APO orders once they leave our docks. If the base is outside of the lower 48, there may be additional shipping charges as well. |
