Ahmadinejad Did Not Say - "Wipe Israel Off The Map"CC Comments: As you become better at identifying propaganda you'll learn to read in full anything the US or Israeli government uses to incite rage or promote war Often the scare tactics turn out to be out of context and hold a far different meaning. This is one of those examples. What this Article Doesn't Tell You: Sharon's (Israel) government repeatedly threatened Iran, Iraq and other Mid-East Nation's oil reserves and people with nuclear weapons. Israel has also invaded or bombed its neighbors 'pre-emptively' several times in its 58 year history and has been clear about its intentions of forcing its will on any non-Jewish person it conquers and rules, (See Norm Finkelstein's Israel Palestine Image vs Reality for a full accounting) so...It really doesn't matter if Iran threatened to wipe the 4th most powerful nation in the
world sitting on 600 WMD's off the map. It's a nuclear superpower that has vowed to use its weapons on its own before it will be conquered by others. The truth is, only Israel has a history of attempts to carry through with such threats...in Palestine and through its other 'pre-emptive' security strikes. |

Iran Showdown Tests Power of Israel Lobby The Lobby wants war. The Bush Administration wants war. The Israeli government wants war and wants the US to fight the war. The Iranian government is tired of threats from Israel and bullying from the US as both nations try to tell it how to
run its own country. And here's the clincher: The American, Iranian and Israeli people do not want war.

LUNG CANCER EPIDEMIC FROM DU HAS BEGUN IN U.S.Breathing radioactive matter has long been known to cause lung cancer. Miners working in uranium mines and other types of mining where radioactivity is an occupational hazard have a higher incidence of lung cancer. This danger from airborne radioactive iodine is greater than that found from cigarette smoking. The
radioactive iodine particles go directly to DNA which is “trashed”. There are no ways the human body can rid itself of the radioactive particles so the health damage is permanent. This results in severe health problems particularly malignancies which have no effective therapies. Physicians in Bosnia are seeing patients present for care with three simultaneous malignancies something never previously reported in medicine.

The Iran PlansThe New Yorker's Seymour Hersh has proven himself to be consistent and trustworthy. See what he has to say on Iran. Air Force planning groups are drawing up lists of targets, and teams of American combat troops have been ordered into Iran, under cover, to collect targeting data and to establish contact with anti-government ethnic-minority groups. The
officials say that President Bush is determined to deny the Iranian regime the opportunity to begin a pilot program, planned for this spring, to enrich uranium. CC Note: Interviews with average Israelis along with average Americans show neither people want war with Iran. However, The Israeli government and the US government keep pushing for it. Both the US and Israeli governments through their actions and propaganda show staunch determination to take our countries to war against Iran. Both
nations are representative republics; this means Israeli and American government officials work for the Israeli and American people not the people for their governments. The people of both nations need to remind their government repre-sentative who they work for. This is one instance where the American people and the Israeli people need to come together or more of us are going to die. We need to come together on this issue...fast.

Illegal Immigration & Wage SuppressionThis is off of a blog and offers some interesting insights. CC Comments: This issue of Illegal Immigration is being used to deflect attention from Iraq and the many policy problems
in our government as well as the upcoming AIPAC Espionage case. Though an important issue, ultimately the wages and how these people are treated amounts to subsidized slavery. It's not that Americans will not do the job. It is that Americans won't do it for 2 or 3 dollars an hour which as citizens they are prevented from doing. Keep your eye on that issue at the core. The companies want below minimum wage earners they do not have to pay health care for or insure through OSHA. That's the real reason they do not want to end illegal
immigration. This is a disservice to the illegal immigrants who are used and exploited and it is a finger to the ideals America is founded on. |

Israel: Iran is now danger No. 1What this article
doesn't tell you:
In today's NY Times the American Jewish Committee published the first of a planned series of ads apparently designed convince the American people to attack Iran. Its headline reads:
Can anyone within range of Iran's missiles feel safe?
Beneath that is a map of that shows everything from West Africa through most of China, east to west, and from the North Pole to Tanzania, north to south, with two concentric circles with Iran in black in the center. Underneath that is another bold faced headline:
Suppose Iran one day gives nuclear devices to terrorists. Could anyone anywhere feel safe?
These ads and many of the stories fed through sympathetic editors and publishers have one purpose: Scare the American people into pressuring the US Government to attack Iran and remake the Middle East into a region that will become the extension of American and Israeli policy. The AJC one of the most important and oldest components of the Israel Lobby. Its supporters (Made up of Zionists from both Jewish and Christian camps) continue to be the only cohesive sector of US society pushing for a US war against Iran. These people are on a mission and
the rest of the world, especially Arab, is in the way. For the Christian Zionists, the complete elimination by transfer (or annihilation as called for by the World Bible Society on a Southern California radio station last fall) of all Muslim people coupled with the instigation of Russia, the destruction of the US and creating a cataclysmic world war is essential to their dreams of rapture and Armageddon. (The rapture and their ideas of the 'end of times' are biblically manipulated not biblically based stemming
from ideas that didn't materialize until 1830). For the Jewish Zionists these conquests, always disguised as 'security' are necessary for the gaining control of all lands deemed 'greater Israel', eliminating any opposition to their expansion and preparing for the ultimate expulsion of the indigent populations, (often hidden under the euphemism 'Jewish character of the state' but an intention well documented in speeches by Israeli leaders going back to the 1920's and through today). Israel (for different reasons) is what ties these polar opposites
together. These same groups lobbied for and got a the war against Iraq even though Iraq was not a threat to America and had nothing to do with 9/11. (Note: The CSM is not a Christian Zionist media outlet. The 700 Club, Angel One and Trinity Broadcasting are). The remaking of the Middle East through the destruction of Iraq first, Iran then Syria and Lebanon is outlined in the 1998 strategy essay presented by American neocons under the organization Project for a New American Century. It
was prepared for then Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu and required a catalyzing event to force the United States into becoming materially involved in remaking the Middle East. This document barely deviates from what we call the "Bush Doctrine", acting as its fraternal twin. This CSM article exposes aspects of a concentrated effort to convince Americans to start another war with another country that is not a threat to us. It's about expending US money, influence and American blood to accomplish the agenda of others.
You'll notice the same disproven arguments used to invade Iraq are now being used by the same people, pundits and organizations to force an invasion on Iran. History's Lesson: Every great nation or empire always implodes due to over extending itself through conquest...every one. This is one reason The United States was never intended to be an imperial nation that reshapes the world in its image no matter how we try to disguise it under, 'security', 'democracy' or
'liberation'. Our leaders say we have an image problem. We don't. The rest of the world knows exactly what we are and what we are doing. The American people are the ones who don't get it. Screaming for more wars to 'spread democracy and remove nuclear threats'. We only fool ourselves with this.

Bush Slashes Richest Americans' Taxes, Make $26M, Pay Same Rate As Those Making $200,000What this article doesn't tell you: The Federal Reserve is a private corporation. Its enforcement arm is the IRS, an agency not part of the US
government thou assumed to be. The 1913 passage of the Federal Reserve Act was unconstitutional and a Federal Income tax is also unconstitutional, one reason the 16th Amendment was never ratified. Our defense, (rather than offense) needs, infrastructure and inter-state requirements were covered by the Constitutionally allocated taxes on foreign products and other non-wage based taxes. Two incomes are required today because of taxes, (and our consumer driven need to have a lot
of stuff we don't need). If you're married, your wife's income usually goes to pay all taxes so you can live off of yours. Taxes are the primary reason American families require two incomes to live equivalent to how families lived 100 years ago when only one income was required and taxes conformed to Constitutional law thus remaining minimal. Any tax cut on a Federal Level is a distraction issue designed to reward supporters or divide our nation. By our constitution, no one is supposed to pay Federal taxes on their
earnings, no one. In 2002 Texas Congressman Ron Paul, like others before him (including Senator Lindberg in the twentieth century and Thomas Jefferson in his time) tried to abolish the central bank known as the Federal Reserve and its Internal Revenue service arm, thus returning the power of monetary policy and creation to the Congress, the only arm of the government empowered to issue currency. Our Congress sided with the corporate interests rather than the constitution, again.

The new subsidized insurance plans are to be available by July. After July 1, 2007, uninsured individuals who refuse to buy coverage could lose their state tax exemption, which is worth about $150 per person. In following years, those who refuse to buy will pay penalties equal to about half the cost of a health insurance plan.CC Comments: We first heard this on NPR today we shivered. The debate is being shifted away from the real questions. What this does is provide reasons for companies
to cease offering health coverage and it criminalizes the poor and middle class. The penalties to companies are far less than the cost of the insurance. Most people who do not have health coverage, don't have it because the average $400 to $800 per month costs to cover a family are well beyond the reach of a person making $40,000 a year (before taxes). The average person is left with about $25,000 to live on with housing taking at least half, transportation another third and after food, utilities and basics like clothing, where is that family
going to come up with another $3,600 to $7,200 per year to pay for something they couldn't afford in the first place? They compare this with auto insurance. Driving is a privilege, not a right. Part of that privilege includes having the ability to pay for insurance. Health and auto insurance cannot be equated. This also provides another opportunity for government to catalogue and track you, now via your health records, (which if state insurance is required opens a loophole for their
inquiry). The only people this benefits are business owners, Insurance companies and the companies who rely on these entities. Look at who is behind this bill. Massachusetts, think this through, please.

Keeping It Quiet: The Israel Lobby's Crushing of Dissent
Charlie ReeseThe first weapon of choice for the Israeli lobby when someone with prestige publishes a soundly researched paper or book critical of Israel or its powerful lobby is silence. If it's a book, it rarely gets reviewed; its author doesn't get interviewed. If it's a paper, there are no news stories in the big corporate press, no interviews with the authors, no television appearances. For
the average American who depends on the press to tell him what's going on, it's as if the criticism never existed. The second weapon is, of course, to launch vicious personal attacks.
CC Note: All of the books Reese mentions in this article, Couples Company has read and HIGHLY recommends.

ABC Suspends Producer Over Bush-Bashing E-Mail
What is interesting is the story doesn't say whether he was at work or using company provided Blackberry or Computers. The reason that is important? A company can penalize for the use of company assets for personal reasons if these e-mails were sent with their equipment or during his working hours. Most companies have policies relating to what type of e-mails or communications can be sent with their equipment. If this is the case, ABC has a right to suspend him. Likewise if his employment contracted stipulated that
due to his position, his opinions must be kept to himself. However if these were private on his own equipment not on company time, the first amendment protects his e-mails and opinions. What is strange is this article does not clarify this very important fact, nor does it say he violated an employment contract causing suspicion that this may be a 1st amendment infringement and he's being punished for embarrassing the network. It's also interesting to note that
the copies we've seen did not have his 'signature' on them. Most official e-mails from company executives include a signature (Name, phone , company etc) leading us to believe these were likely private.

Did Oprah Pick Another Fibber?
Truth and Fiction in Elie Wiesel's Night: Is Frey or Wiesel the Bigger Moral Poseur? An important piece on one the the last century's major moral frauds. It is known in Israel but not in the US that following WW2, Wiesel emigrated to Israel where he became an Israeli and joined Betar, the youth organization of the fascist Jabotinsky movement which had become the Irgun and became a writer for the Betar paper. At some point, the opportunist lurking Wiesel propelled him to leave
Israel and emigrate to the US where he pretended to be a stateless person and the epitome of the eternal Jewish victim. It is for that reason that Wiesel has never been popular among Israelis, the right-wing because he hid his Israeli citizenship and the left, such as it was and is, because of his refusal to say a word about Israel's atrocities against the Palestinians and its alliances and military assistance to right-wing regimes in Africa and Latin America.

Rediff, (India) April 1, 2006 India's training of Iranian troops could affect nuke deal: Senator Lantos
What this article doesn't tell you: One might well ask what country Lantos, who is promoted in the headlines to Senator, is representing and why this congressman who represents the southernmost part of San Francisco and neighboring San Mateo County should have so much influence? Several years ago, the Jerusalem Post reported that Lantos has frequently represented Israel in countries with which Israel has no diplomatic relations, something that should raise legal questions and would if the country that he was
moonlighting for was not Israel. Hmmm. Perhaps we have it backward and he is working for Israel and moonlighting for the people of South San Francisco and San Mateo.

America and Israel"Judgment of the precise value of the Walt-Mearscheimer paper has been swept aside by a wave of condemnation. Their scholarship has been derided and their motives impugned, while Harvard has energetically disassociated itself from their views. self-inflicted wound no society built on freedom should allow."
