The Leg Circles is an excellent exercise for strengthening the abdominal muscles as well as toning the inner and outer thighs. |

Preparations:
Bring one leg straight up into the air. If your hamstring feels tight and uncomfortable, this exercise does not require a straight vertical leg--lower the angle a few degrees; however, your knees need to stay straight so do not bend them.

|
Execution: Keeping your leg straight, draw small circles in the air with your foot, first clockwise five times, then counter clockwise for five circles. Repeat, increasing the size of your circles, five times in each direction. Do three sets of different size circles, five in each direction with each leg. As your muscles strengthen,
increase the size of your leg circles to increase the difficulty of your workout. NEXT MONTH:
