I usually
alternate (upper body one day/lower & cardio the next). Is it
possible that I am working out too much? Or perhaps my diet is
not good? What can I do to correct this problem and continue to
workout?

Dear Guy 10:
At the age of 28
your body has gone through a lot of changes your testosterone
can drop up 40% compared to age 18. You say that your 140 lbs
but with out knowing your height that does not help, 5’1” or
6’1” that makes a big difference. Your body gets adjust to the
exercises you’re doing, after all that why exercise can change
your body in the first place you adapt. One of the important
factors is how long have you been doing your routine? If this
were a new routine then I’d look at your diet or perhaps
supplementation (check with your doctor for what to use or not
to). If you’ve been pounding away at this for some time, 6
months or longer its possible that your body has stopped getting
the boost that you’re looking for from your workouts.

possible.
Your body needs
time to heal if you don’t give it that chance then you may be
running on a low battery. Working your upper body in full in
one day and resting only one day is very difficult. Your upper
body consists of different kinds of muscles: TOP
q
Smaller muscles such as the Biceps, Triceps,
Deltoids (Anterior, Medial and Posterior), Pectoralis Minor and
etc.
q Larger muscles like the Latissimus Dorsi,
Pectoralis Major and even the Trapezius
